SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

The Quiet Critic is operated by Cook and Company Coaching Inc.(“we,” “us”). This policy explains our SMS text-message program and your choices.

Program name & what we send

Program: The Quiet Critic nightly practice reminder. If you opt in, we send a short nightly text containing a link to that night’s guided practice recording, so you can start it without opening your email at bedtime. That is the entire program. We do not send third-party marketing, and we do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Message frequency: up to one message per day while you are subscribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

Consent

By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Quiet Critic at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — the practice is free, and you can receive all of it by email without ever giving us a phone number. We only ever accept a number entered by its own owner; we do not upload, buy, or import lists. See SMS Opt-In for the exact wording and where it appears.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email paul@cookandcompany.ai.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control.

Privacy

Mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
